Absolute Image

Sara handled the transaction through to completion as Absolute Image, a long-established Newcastle aesthetic treatment clinic, was acquired by DRS Clinic.
Founded in 2005 and led by Jill Tait since its inception, Absolute Image had built its reputation around specialist treatments, client care and long-standing relationships developed over almost two decades.
The clinic provides a range of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, medical peels and semi-permanent make-up.
A key part of its appeal was its loyal client base, with thousands of active clients and very strong repeat business providing a regular stream of revenue.
The business also operated with an experienced team, including an aesthetic doctor, semi-permanent make-up artist, beauty therapist, finance support and administration/reception support.
Continuity was important to the sale, with Jill willing to provide a handover period to support the smooth running of the clinic under new ownership.
Fellow Newcastle-based business DRS Clinic acquired Absolute Image as a complementary addition, with plans to grow the clinic as part of its wider operation.
The process generated nine meetings and two offers, with Regional Commercial Director Donald Peden representing the opportunity.
The sale allows Jill to move forward with her retirement plans, while placing Absolute Image with a buyer looking to continue developing the clinic.
The Knightsbridge team wishes Jill every success for the future, and DRS Clinic continued success as it takes Absolute Image forward.
