The Director and sole shareholder of Acala Online Limited, Hanna Pumfrey, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate growth under the impetus of a new owner.
The opportunity attracted six viewings and two competing offers. The successful offer came from Essential Care (Organics) Ltd, as a bolt on acquisition.
