Pennine Water Treatment Services Ltd, located in Greater Manchester, is a household water treatment company that has been operating for over 30 years. The company offer a range of treatment, assessment, and testing services, as well as water treatment products such as purifiers and water filters.
The vendors, who are looking to move on from the company, came to Knightsbridge to be advised on the sale. Five meetings went ahead, resulting in three offers from potential acquirers.
The company was sold to Peter Barrett from Advanced Water Technologies, who wishes to merge it into their existing property group.
