Where others may give up, Knightsbridge do not… We recently facilitated a deal for Alder, a long-standing graphic and digital design agency that operates across the UK. With retirement plans in place, its owners tasked Operations Director Sara Thomasson to find a suitable buyer. With significant interest and plenty of offers on the table to choose from, the offer from Applied Acquisition was ultimately accepted. However, in what proved to be a long process and a complex deal, Sara remained resilient to get the deal over the line.
