Initially founded in 1977, before being taken over in 2006, A&A offers full-cycle property management. Its potential to expand generated a lot of interest and offers, in which Operations Director Leanne Boulding oversaw a quick turnaround deal, enabling semi-retirement for the owner who will continue with block management. Step forward Hassle Free Lettings, a Middlesex-based team of experienced property management experts. Headed by Adam Rajpal, the acquisition comes as part of its goal to expand. Formed in 2017, the company has grown significantly and now manages properties across the UK, from finding reliable tenants to managing repairs and maintenance.
