Baileys of Portsmouth Limited, based in Portsmouth, is a well established wholesale supplier of ingredients, including yeast and natural flavourings, within the baking sector.
The company has developed long-standing clients during its 20 years of operations, managing to build a reputation for efficiently meeting clients’ needs. This has been achieved through excellent market knowledge and their strong second-tier management. Baileys of Portsmouth Limited has managed to attract and retain clients across a multitude of sectors from cake studios to public houses.
The owner instructed Katherine Ryder, Deal Executive at Knightsbridge, with the sale in order to pursue their retirement plans. Regarding the deal Katherine stated that,
“I think Baileys will be a great bolt-on to Kent Foods, as both services and products provided compliment each other.”
Baileys of Portsmouth Limited attracted a lot interest, and was bought by Iain Danglish from Kent Foods Ltd. Mr Danglish intends to add Baileys of Portsmouth Limited to build his current business portfolio.
