Black Hole Storage
A Salisbury self-storage business with an established local reputation has been acquired in a highly substantial deal following a highly competitive sale process.
Black Hole Storage was established in 2008 by Leon Antone and Michael Curtis and provides flexible self-storage services for domestic and commercial customers. Operating from a trading estate in Salisbury, the business has built a strong regional reputation supported by very high customer review ratings and a loyal client base.
The company operates from a combination of freehold and leasehold premises, with two freehold units forming part of the assets included in the sale. Investment in the site has also included the installation of solar panels in recent years, further strengthening the long-term appeal of the facilities.
Demand for the company’s storage units has remained consistently strong, with occupancy typically around 80% and averaging approximately 85% over the past eight years. These stable utilisation levels reflect the strength of the business’s recurring revenue and long-standing customer relationships.
The opportunity generated significant buyer interest during the sale process, progressing through 36 meetings and attracting ten offers before completing with All Boxed, an established storage provider founded by Daren Spencer in 2014 – headquartered nearby and with multiple locations across the country.
Leanne Boulding, Knightsbridge Operations Manager, led the transaction and commented:

As part of the transaction, Leon will remain involved for a transitional period to support the handover to the new ownership. Reflecting on the process, he said:
