Brighouse Computer Centre

Brighouse Computer Centre had spent nearly three decades on the same West Yorkshire site, becoming a recognisable name for IT support, repairs and business technology services. Its sale to Deltabit IT gave the buyer an established regional operation with recurring hosted-service income and long-standing customer relationships.
J. & E. Computers Limited, trading as Brighouse Computer Centre, was a family-run business sold following a change in personal circumstances for the sellers. The opportunity generated 11 meetings and five offers, with Knightsbridge achieving a significant seven-figure deal.
The buyer came through a Knightsbridge cross-match, bringing the opportunity to a repeat buyer already working across IT support, consultancy, cybersecurity, communications and networking.
Brighouse Computer Centre supports both businesses and residential customers. Its work covers managed IT support, Office 365 consultancy, cloud services, email and web hosting, server solutions, VoIP, broadband, networks, cybersecurity and backup support.
Its hosted services provided recurring revenue streams, while repeat custom, long-standing contractual relationships and a strong base of five-star reviews showed why the business had become so established locally.
That continuity carried into the deal itself. The sellers were willing to provide a handover if required, while an experienced team was also able to remain with the business after completion.
Associate Director Sara Thomasson led the transaction, helping secure a strong outcome for a well-established local IT provider.
The sale allows the sellers to move forward, while Deltabit IT takes on a recognised West Yorkshire brand with recurring services and a natural fit with its wider IT operation.
The Knightsbridge team wishes the sellers every success for the future, and Deltabit IT continued success as it takes Brighouse Computer Centre forward.
