Completed sale
Casado Design

Knightsbridge supported the sale of Casado Design to Toronto-based ZenaTech, identifying the overseas buyer through its market-leading buyer pool and completing the transaction within ten months.
The sale met the vendors’ expectations on value and structure, while giving ZenaTech a UK platform to support its wider expansion plans.
Based in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, Casado Design provides survey, CAD and design services, with particular experience in telecommunications infrastructure and related project work.
Its work spans sectors including telecoms, education, renewable energy, EV infrastructure and town planning, giving the business relevance in several markets where specialist design support is in demand.
ZenaTech specialises in AI drones, Drone-as-a-Service and enterprise technology solutions. Its acquisition rationale focused on entering the UK market and expanding into telecom tower design and infrastructure.
That made Casado Design a strong strategic fit: a UK business with established client relationships, relevant sector experience and clear value for ZenaTech’s growth plans.
Knightsbridge positioned the opportunity around Casado Design’s client relationships, telecoms experience, technical design capability and scope for further development under an international buyer.
Commercial Executive Helen Bainbridge handled the transaction through to completion, with Regional Commercial Director Chris Darroux representing the opportunity.
The deal gives ZenaTech an established UK presence, while allowing the vendors to pursue other business interests following a sale that met their expectations.
The Knightsbridge team wishes Daniel and Sian Ceaton every success with their other business interests, and ZenaTech continued success as it develops Casado Design.
