After decades of ownership, the shareholders took the decision to bring the business to market to facilitate retirement. The process, led by Associate Director Sara Thomasson, resulted in a successful outcome, with a local buyer identified and the transaction completed following a period of strong engagement.
The business was acquired by Restaurant Projects, a Liverpool-based specialist in commercial kitchen design and fit-out. The acquisition represents a complementary addition, strengthening the buyer’s existing offering and supporting its continued expansion.
