Culligan Water Acquires Kerry SCS Facilities Management & Utilities Company
Kerry SCS Limited is a specialist business with over 20 years’ experience in the drinking water industry in the South East region. The company supplies, installs and maintains a range of hot and cold water solutions, primarily water boilers, water coolers and water filters. Kerry SCS Limited is highly respected and is accredited by Constructionline and SafeContractor. The company operates from a leasehold property. Kerry SCS Limited currently has approximately 300 active clients and circa 1,300 customer products on a scheduled service list, whilst still providing space for potential growth via geographical expansion.
The shareholders approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to enable further growth of the business.
The successful offer came from Culligan Water Limited, who are currently pursuing an acquisition via growth strategy.
