Cut ‘N’ Clear Landscapes Limited has been successfully sold to a buyer for an undisclosed price with the help of Knightsbridge.
Cut ‘N’ Clear Landscapes specialises in the delivery of comprehensive commercial landscaping services. The company boasts a broad client base, currently comprising of 20 commercial organisations, with key relationships spanning over 17 years.
Our client, who is seeking retirement, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to source a buyer who could enable further growth. The company proved highly popular and Knightsbridge was able to produce multiple offers.
The business was sold for a lump sum with some remaining costs deferred over a short period. The undisclosed buyer is looking to utilise their newly acquired business as a bolt-on for their current existing venture.
