David Neale Acquires Ashover Brewery Food & Drink Company
Ashover Brewery is an independent brewer based in the East Midlands. The company has seen high levels of success winning over 32 awards. Ashover Brewery has produced 25 distinct ales which is available in 180 outlets and distributors throughout the East Midlands. The brewery operates from a 300 ft2 leasehold premises. Over the years Ashover Brewery has experienced sizeable years.
The shareholders of Ashover Brewery instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge them implemented a diverse research strategy which resulted in 16 viewings and two competing offers. The successful offer came from David Neale who intends to continue to operate Ashover Brewery as it currently operates.
