From one Eyecare Optical to another, Eyecare Optical Limited has been sold to Newco Eyecare Optical Rochdale Ltd.
The former, established in 2000, has two high-street opticians in Preston and Oldham. Highly reputable, the company has over 10,000 patients, built and maintained thanks to a proficient and dedicated team.
With ret-eye-rement in sight for the owners, Operation Director Leanne Boulding facilitated the deal, generating healthy interest in which 2023-incorporated Newco stepped forward.
A previous relationship existed with buyers Muhammed Patel and Muhammed Rahman, which grew even more positively during this time.
