Operating since 1981, the business established itself as a professional and reliable provider of metal fabrication solutions. The company benefits from a large asset register and loyal client base.
The shareholders of Framos and Ockwell Assets Limited, which is the holding company of Framos, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
The opportunity quickly attracted a wide range of interest. The successful offer came from Tim Wrinch from Oakwood Homes Construction Limited. The acquisition will enable both companies to expand and will see Oakwood Homes Construction Limited expand their market offerings.
