FTOP Properties
FTOP Properties has been sold in a multimillion-pound deal, with its 12-property residential portfolio across the Wirral changing hands as owners Simon and Andrew Barriskell prepare to retire.
Since it began trading in 2015, the company grew through the purchase, refurbishment and letting of residential properties. The portfolio comprises seven houses in multiple occupation and five single-tenancy properties.
The properties maintained high occupancy levels, while a locally based property manager supported tenant acquisition and maintenance. FTOP was not heavily reliant on the owners for its day-to-day operation.
The opportunity generated 12 meetings and four offers before terms were agreed with Samger Holdings, which added FTOP to its existing property portfolio.
Associate Director Leanne Boulding handled the transaction on behalf of Knightsbridge, supporting Simon and Andrew through the sale as they prepared to retire.
