Graffiti Removal

Graffiti Removal Ltd has been acquired by Fisher Research, bringing together a specialist operator with a long-established chemicals business in a move that aligns product supply with on-the-ground application.
Founded in 2002 and based in Hampshire, the business operates in a clearly defined niche, developing its own range of sustainable graffiti removal products alongside delivering practical training. Its “No More Graffiti” range is designed to remove markings from a wide variety of surfaces without causing damage, supported by hands-on training focused on correct use and safety.
Over time, it has built a customer base of more than 1,300 organisations, including local authorities, contractors and facilities management providers. Much of this has been driven by repeat demand and long-standing relationships, reflecting both the effectiveness of its products and its position within a specialist area of the market.
With one shareholder preparing for retirement, the decision was taken to explore a sale. Led by Deal Executive Ollie Edwards, the process generated steady interest — resulting in 15 enquiries, five meetings and five offers before terms were agreed.
Fisher Research, founded in 1988 and based in Enfield, North London, operates as a chemicals specialist with established supply links across the sector. Already active in this space, the acquisition represents a logical step, bringing Graffiti Removal’s product range and training capability into the group while widening its overall offer.
The structure of the deal includes an initial majority payment with a short deferred element, alongside a consultancy agreement to support continuity after completion. This allows for a more gradual handover while retaining key knowledge within the business.
Bringing the two together creates a more joined-up proposition — combining product expertise, an established customer base and a clearer route to market.
The Knightsbridge team wishes the shareholders all the best for the future, and every success to Fisher Research as it builds on the acquisition.
