Completed sale
G&T Marshall

After 30 years serving Windsor’s residential property market, husband-and-wife owners Gary and Tracey Marshall have completed the sale of G&T Marshall for a highly significant fee.
Founded in 1995, the independent sales and lettings agency established itself as a recognised local brand, operating from a prominent high street position and building a balanced portfolio of residential sales, lettings and block management services. As a freehold independent, the business combined strong local relationships with recurring income from a substantial managed portfolio.
At the point of sale, G&T Marshall managed a sizeable lettings book alongside an established block management division, providing predictable revenue that attracts strategic buyers. Its steady growth and long-standing presence in Windsor positioned it as a compelling opportunity within a competitive property market.
The business was brought to market to facilitate the Marshalls’ retirement plans. Interest proved strong, progressing through 17 meetings and resulting in nine formal offers, creating a competitive environment that delivered a highly significant outcome, including the transfer of the Windsor premises. Consideration was settled in full at completion.
G&T Marshall has been acquired by Agallwal Properties Investments, Surrey, led by Sanjay Agallwal. The acquisition adds to his existing property interests, with plans to integrate the agency into his wider operations and continue expanding through further acquisitions in the months ahead.
The sale was led by Leanne Boulding, Operations Manager, supported by Regional Commercial Director Joe Bull. Leanne commented: “The deal went incredibly smooth. It was a very attractive opportunity, which saw us attracting multiple buyers and offers, making it competitive.”
Knightsbridge wishes Gary and Tracey every success in retirement and the very best to Sanjay as he builds on G&T Marshall’s established presence in the Windsor property market.
