The company was established in 2009, and incorporated in 2013. Hellbent Engineering Limited has a great reputation and has numerous projects in the pipeline.
The shareholders of Hellbent Engineering Limited, Laurrance Reed and Sally-Ann Reed, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to pursue unrelated business interests.
The successful offer came from Paul Sconce as a bolt on acquisition for his existing business.
