The company is a leading specialist within their sector. HM&V Utilities Ltd provides on-site risk assessments for waterborne bacteria. The company provides excellent service means they have managed to maintain customer relationships since their formation. This is done through HM&V Utilities Ltd.’s strong second tier management structure, which runs the business on a day-to-day basis. This is supported by the highly skilled and full trained Gas Safe engineers. HM&V Utilities Ltd has also gained accredited membership of The Water Management Society, Thames Water and CHAS.
Katherine Ryder, Commercial Executive at Knightsbridge, was instructed with the sale as the owner wished to pursue their retirement plans.
HM&V Utilities Ltd received significant interest with a number of offers being placed. Lee Edgington and Ian Goddard, of Advanced Pump and Hydro Systems Ltd, made the successful offer. They acquired HM&V Utilities Ltd to further develop their existing portfolio within the water and wastewater sector.
