Our client is a specialist provider of onsite security services – for a wide range of commercial properties, across an array of sectors. Established in Surrey in 1969, its current owners Marilyn and Thomas Phillips acquired the business in 2000.
To facilitate their retirements, the husband-and-wife team reached out to Knightsbridge for expert help. Senior Deal Executive Jennifer Morley was deployed to lead All Security’s sale, who with the wider team sourced the interest of 42 active buyers.

With the ultimate buyer being found through a crossmatch, All Security was snapped up in less than three months from going live on the market, following a notable deal being struck with Taybar Security, a similar business based up in Solihull.
The company was founded in 1995 and taken over by Farouq Nawaz in 2014. With existing operations in East and West-Midlands, and in the North via Yorkshire, its acquisition of All Security has secured Taybar Security’s accessibility in the South.
