Our Operations Director talks through the sale of Central Garage to Dack Motor Group… Established in 1972, Central Garage (Irthlingborough) is a well-established, family-run business that has serviced many customers in Northamptonshire. Leanne Boulding, Knightsbridge Operations Director, took ownership of its sale and explains the details of it: “Central Garage is a large car sales and maintenance/MOT provider. It is a Ford approved business with an experienced workforce in place. “Our client consists of two brothers, Andrew and Paul Redding, who were looking to enter retirement after running their inherited business for a number of years. “We received and accepted a 100% share sales offer from Leo Dack of Dack Motor Group. “Leo acquired Central Garage to expand the brand with another existing dealership. “I formed a good relationship with both sides, in particular with our clients; the Redding brothers.” The acquirer, Dack Motor Group, is an independent family run motor business that was established in 2010. It has branches in Lincoln and Coventry, offering a full suite of trusted vehicle services, including vehicle repairs, servicing and MOT, bodyshop, van sales, car and van rental and van conversions.
