Founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Julie and Paul Dawson, JD Employment Solutions is a trusted HR consultancy providing employment law support, recruitment, and training services to a wide range of sectors across the UK.
With retirement in mind, the Dawsons approached Knightsbridge to assist in finding in the right buyer for their thriving West Yorkshire-based business. The sale process was led by Senior Deal Executive Jennifer Morley.
Supported by Regional Commercial Director Martin Baars, the Knightsbridge team attracted strong interest, with 44 active buyers sourced, 17 viewings, and 7 competitive offers carefully managed to ensure the best outcome for the sellers.
Within just eight months, JD Employment Solutions was acquired by Aeon Nexus Growth Partners, a newly established investment and consultancy firm, based in Northamptonshire, that was founded in 2024 by Gregory Guilford.
Identifying JD as a “strong strategic fit”, the acquisition marks its first major step in the HR and employment services sector. Commenting on the deal, Jennifer said: “This sale represents a major milestone for our clients”, concluding:
