Zenko Properties Ilkley Limited has been sold in a deal overseen by Knightsbridge… Zenko Properties is a residential lettings and management specialist based in Leeds city centre, started by Tobias Duczenko after he spotted “a gap in the market”. Its wide range of estate agency services include property investment, residential sales & lettings, valuations, mortgage advisors and conveyancing solicitors. Operations Director Leanne Boulding, who took ownership of the deal, explained that Zenko was “offered for sale due to Tobias wishing to pursue other business interests.” Leanne described the opportunity as “an ideal bolt-on, as Zenko is an ARLA registered estate agency with significant scope for growth.” Very healthy interest was generated, and several meetings were conducted, resulting in two offers being brought forward to Tobias. Whitaker Cadre’s bid was accepted, a multi-award winning letting specialist also based in Ilkley, which will adopt Zenko as a bolt-on to the existing agency.
