Jardine OH Consultancy, an occupational health service provider based in Cheshire, is now set for its next phase following a successful sale process.
Established by Claire Jardine in 2011, the business delivers occupational health and fitness-for-work services to organisations across the UK. Its offering includes management referrals, health surveillance, counselling and pre-placement services, supporting a broad mix of clients ranging from SMEs through to larger businesses and HR providers.
Over time, the consultancy established a strong reputation within the occupational health and wider consultancy sectors, building a loyal client base largely through referrals and word of mouth. Despite operating on a part-time basis in recent years due to Claire’s partial retirement, the business continued to generate a strong level of income, highlighting clear opportunities for future growth.
Represented by Senior Commercial Director Joe Bull, the opportunity generated meetings with seven potential buyers through a targeted process supported by Head of Research Natalie Weaving. Following the development of a positive relationship with Claire, the sale process was led by Commercial Executive Helen Bainbridge.
The buyer, Derbyshire-based Arc Primary Care, identified the consultancy as a strong complementary addition to its existing healthcare operations. Originally established in 2009 as Chesterfield Health Provider, the organisation now operates as a large Primary Care Network comprising 11 GP practices across Chesterfield and Dronfield, supporting more than 133,000 patients.
The acquisition strengthens Arc Primary Care’s wider occupational health capabilities, while providing continuity for Jardine OH Consultancy’s established client base and service offering.
The transaction allows Claire to retire following more than a decade of building the consultancy. The Knightsbridge team wishes her all the best for the future, and every success to Jardine OH Consultancy and the wider Arc Primary Care Group.
