Kanga Sports, a physical education and sports coaching company based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, has successfully completed its sale within ten months of going to market.
Founded in 2013 by Andrew Bode, the business has established a strong reputation across North and West Yorkshire through its school-based and remote initiatives.
The business provides services to commercial clients in the public sector, including primary schools, childcare institutions, and other sports coaching providers.
In addition, it appeals to private clients, particularly working parents who rely on educational childcare to support their children’s development outside of term time.
The business generated strong market interest, with eleven viewings held, and four offers received, reflecting the quality and attractiveness of the opportunity.
The acquirer was Wyse Education, founded in 2023 by George Wysocki, which has quickly become known for organising Bradford’s largest primary school football league tournaments.
The sale was managed by Knightsbridge Operations Manager Sara Manville, and represented by Simon Burns, Regional Commercial Director.
