Kemsales is a commercial and industrial cleaning business based in Wiltshire, providing a range of specialist services including factory cleaning, jet washing, deep cleaning and infection control.
Established in 1996 by David Trim, the business has built a dependable operation supported by long-standing client relationships and consistent demand across its core service areas.
With retirement on the horizon, the owner took the decision to explore a sale, with a clear focus on finding a buyer who could integrate the business effectively and build on its existing client base.
The process was led by Operations Manager Leanne Boulding, resulting in the business being acquired by Craig Clarke’s Clarke Preston Group, a Bristol-based holdings company established in 2025.
Described by Leanne as a “right-fit buyer for our client”, the acquisition provides an opportunity to incorporate Kemsales into a wider platform, with a focus on expanding its customer base.
