L W Skips and Conquest Transport
Knightsbridge has supported the sale of L W Skips and Conquest Transport, a provider of refuse removal and waste management services for commercial, industrial and domestic clients. The Staffordshire business has roots dating back to 1960.
Handled by Operations Manager Sara Manville, its sale followed a competitive process, generating 23 meetings and six offers for a fully licensed operator with owned premises, a substantial asset base and an established client portfolio. Ultimately, a seven-figure deal was achieved.
L W Skips and Conquest Transport’s core services include skip hire and wheelie bin collections, supported by a registered waste transfer station where waste is separated before being moved to final disposal or recycling points.
The business also benefited from a strong local reputation, around 200 clients and many long-standing customer relationships. Recurring revenue streams, including commercial wheelie bin rounds, cardboard sales and scrap metal sales, added further appeal for a new owner looking to continue developing the business.
