Established in 1967, current partners Neil Miller and Colin Volker have run the business since 2002, offering it for sale to generate further growth.
Sara Thomasson, Knightsbridge Associate Director, who described our client as “a dynamic surveying firm”, led the sale and coordinated a research strategy.
With the help of Regional Commercial Director Chris Darroux, the interest of 33 potential buyers was sourced and seven meetings were conducted.
Three offers were tabled, seeing our client being acquired by Essex-based Black Marble Real Estate, a similar firm founded by Zaman Sheikh in 2022.
