D.M.M. Catering Services is a Wiltshire-based, highly reputable provider of commercial catering repairs, maintenance and servicing, operating across the UK.
It was established by husband-and-wife David and Angela Merchant in 2001, who after over two decades of hard work, decided it was time to set up their retirements.
To facilitate this, Associate Director Sara Thomasson drew the interest of 41 active buyers. Following 9 viewings, a total of 3 competing offers were then submitted.
The acquirer: London Pumps, Surrey-based despite its name, a provider of specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of pumping equipment.
The firm was established by Matthew Magee in 1999, who Knightsbridge sourced from a crossmatch, with Matthew having registered with us as an active buyer.
