Knightsbridge facilitated the sale of Loyal Healthcare to an independent buyer… The Wellingborough-based internet-based pharmacy was established in 2014, providing complete medication solutions, such as NHS prescriptions with free delivery. Looking to expand their business, Operations Director Sara Thomasson set out to find an acquirer. After healthy interest, buyer Sunny Sandhu stepped forward to take ownership of the business.
