They provide a range of mercury spilling kits and accessories to clients across the world, which include dental surgeries, hospitals, schools, and industrial laboratories.
The owner, who is looking to sell their business to facilitate their retirement and the growth of their business. Full research was conducted before 46 NDAs and six offers were received from potential acquirors. The successful offer came from John Tyrrell from TTS Systems who plans to continue the growth of the business, as well as his own.
