Our client, Monitair, provides indoor air quality solutions and is the designer of a digital version of an airflow indicator, Chevron. The company was formed in Bath, Somerset, by Graham Harrison.
Although operating since 1989, changing its name in 1997, it was in 2014 that Monitair found major success from launching Chevron. Ten years later, Graham decided it was time for his well-earned retirement.
Knightsbridge Senior Deal Executive Jennifer Morley led Monitair’s sale, and two offers were tabled with the help of Regional Commercial Director Martin Baars, with the buyer coming from a direct cross match.
In a significant deal, Monitair was acquired by Level Systems, a provider of occupational hygiene services and statutory health, safety and environmental testing – formed in Hull, East Yorkshire, by Kathryn Sowerby in 2014.
