No Graffiti

Based in Cheshire and operating across North West England, No Graffiti has spent more than 20 years delivering specialist graffiti removal and external cleaning services.
Founded in 2003 by Simon Tuke, the company provides graffiti removal, chewing gum removal, protective coatings, stone and masonry cleaning, and high-pressure steam cleaning. Its work covers public spaces, town centres, schools, universities, housing sites and other external environments where a quick, reliable response matters.
Much of No Graffiti’s work has come from councils and public-facing organisations, supported by relationships built over many years. For the past decade, new enquiries have come entirely through referrals, reflecting the trust the company has earned in a specialist area of the market.
The nature of the work also calls for a practical, flexible approach. No Graffiti can operate in sensitive areas such as canals and riversides using chemical-free cleaning solutions, while urgent offensive graffiti removal can be handled within 24 hours. With equipped vans in place, the team can carry out steam cleaning and pressure washing across different sites.
Simon brought the business to market to support his retirement plans. Led by Commercial Executive Helen Bainbridge, the process attracted very strong interest and multiple offers before a buyer was selected. The sale completed within 10 months of going live on the market, with the agreed price and structure meeting Simon’s expectations.
The buyer, London-based Mohamud Rahman, acquired a specialist operator with established client relationships and day-to-day continuity already in place. No Graffiti’s experienced operations manager is set to remain with the business post-sale, helping support a smooth handover.
The transaction gives Simon the retirement outcome he was working towards after more than two decades developing No Graffiti. For Mohamud, it provides a specialist external cleaning business with a trusted reputation, practical expertise and a clear platform to take forward under new ownership.
