Opace

Our client had a clear timescale in mind when he decided to sell Opace and focus on other ventures. Knightsbridge secured 12 meetings and six offers, with the sale completing within six months and the final outcome coming in above his expectations.

David Bryan founded Opace in 2008, initially specialising in open-source web development. Over the years, the Birmingham-based company expanded into digital marketing, e-commerce and, more recently, AI and automation consultancy.

Repeat work was an important part of the business as it grew, with a high proportion coming from existing customers. Some client relationships had lasted close to a decade.

Deal Executive Tom Lowe guided David through the sale, which completed with Hertfordshire technology company Datasound Laboratories. The buyer was looking to expand into a related field.

For David, the sale gave him the freedom to pursue other interests and take things a little easier. After completion, he got in touch with Tom to thank him for getting the deal across the line and meeting the demanding timescale he had set.

The Knightsbridge team wishes David every success for the future and Datasound Laboratories continued success with Opace.
