With retirement on the horizon Brian took the decision to bring the business to market, with the Knightsbridge team highlighting clear opportunities for growth. The process was led by Associate Director Sara Thomasson, who generated several offers for our client to choose from.
The business was acquired by Action Global Logistics, an international freight forwarding and logistics provider established in 1997 and based at London Heathrow. The acquisition supports the buyer’s broader strategic development, bringing a complementary, insight-led capability into its group.
