Polevar Acquires Provac Systems Manufacturing & Engineering Company

Our client is a reliable and respected designer, supplier and installer of specialist bespoke vacuum transfer solutions.
Provac Systems is based in Marshfield, Wiltshire, and was established in 2007 by Nigel Sanders.
“The business is profitable and has great potential”, commented Peter Taberner, Knightsbridge Deal Executive, who led the sale of Provac Systems.
Peter added: “Nigel wanted to receive a good sum whilst attaining a buyer who would take the business forward”.

Provac Systems was acquired by Polevar Limited, a specialist extraction and transfer systems for food and beverage manufacturers.
Polevar was founded in Lincoln in 2024 by Nick Turner, who “intends to grow Provac, taking its success even further”, explained Peter, adding:
“In Nick, a preferred buyer was found for Nigel, and the deal structure goal was also met”, concluding:
“Both parties were co-operative throughout the process and great to deal with, even though there was a pause during the process we all managed to overcome the problem.”
Provac to Polevar, Nigel to Nick, the sale led by Knightsbridge was wrapped up in just four months from going live on the market.
