Muhammad Jawad Iqbal-Aslam and Fozia Iqbal took the decision to offer the business for sale to support its continued growth under new ownership.
The process, led by Operations Manager Leanne Boulding, generated strong market interest and resulted in four formal offers, helping to drive a competitive outcome and secure a substantial fee for the shareholders.
