Priority Support Services

Priority Support Services has been successfully sold, enabling its owner, Antony White, to step into retirement while positioning the business for continued development under new ownership. Based in Essex, the business provides commercial cleaning and support services to a broad range of clients across the South East.

Established in 2015, it specialises in eco-friendly cleaning using plant-based products and delivers a wide range of services, including office and school cleaning, caretaking, window cleaning and floor maintenance.

The company has built a strong presence within its sector, supported by a loyal client base and long-standing relationships across industries including education, healthcare, local government and commercial environments.

Having developed a well-established and scalable operation, Antony took the decision to bring the business to market to facilitate his retirement, with a structured handover agreed to support a smooth transition.

The sale process, led by Operations Manager Leanne Boulding and represented by Regional Commercial Director Simon Burns, generated strong interest from the market, resulting in multiple meetings and offers.

The business was ultimately acquired by Capitol Hygiene, a fellow Essex-based operator established in 2005, as part of its strategy to expand its existing cleaning services offering. The acquisition strengthens its position within the sector, adding complementary service capabilities and supporting continued growth.

With a strong operational foundation and opportunities for further development through enhanced marketing and expansion into new sectors, the business is well positioned to continue its growth under new ownership.

The Knightsbridge team wishes Antony all the best for the future and looks forward to seeing Priority Support Services continue to develop as part of Capitol Hygiene’s growing operations.
