The owners of The Berkley Arms offer the pub for sale in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge then implemented a diverse research strategy which resulted in a high level of interest in the business. The successful offer came from a Mother and Son partnership. The pair intend to fully renovate the property and grow the pub through expanding the customer portfolio.
