PSI (2011) is an independent engineering inspection business based in Coventry that was established in 1994 before rebranding to PSI in 2011.

It offers a range of plant and equipment examinations, including pressure system, lifting equipment, and power press inspections.

PSI is well regarded by its 1,000 active clients due to its high level of experience, competitively priced services, and quick response times.

Motivated by facilitating further growth for the company, husband-and-wife owners, John and Sheila Jones, decided to sell the business.

In just eight months after going live on the market, PSI was acquired by Staffordshire-based Plant and Safety, a firm established by Ryan White in 2019.

Plant and Safety provides a range of services focused on safety and compliance, primarily within the workplace and industrial settings.

It offers inspection, testing, certification, training, and lifting equipment services, ensuring equipment and individuals remain safe and compliant with relevant regulations.
