An award-winning skincare brand, Roselina Skincare, has been successfully sold to Candice Glanville from Skin Group International Ltd in a deal overseen by Knightsbridge Operations Director, Leanne Boulding.
Roselina Skincare is a well-established brand, offering natural, plant oil-based products to a range of clients. The business acts as a turnkey opportunity with the flexibility of being fully relocatable. With the business’ scope to expand, the owner approached Knightsbridge to help them find the ideal buyer to continue their work.
Eight parties showed interest in Roselina Skincare, resulting in two offers. After some negotiation, the business was acquired by Candice Glanville from Skin Group International Ltd. Operating within the same industry, the acquisition will act as a bolt on to their existing skincare business.
