Our client, Rycramweb, is a successful website design agency providing bespoke websites for a wide range of its clients, many of which are long-standing.
It was established in Glasgow in 1999 by Andrew Evetts. Due to a change in circumstances some 25 years later, the decision to sell Rycramweb was made.
Jennifer Morley, Knightsbridge Senior Deal Executive, took charge of the company’s sale, facilitating this swiftly – in less than a year of going live on the market.
Following 77 interested parties, 15 viewings, and 3 formal offers – Rycramweb was acquired by a prominent IT and telecoms support specialist, Creative Networks.
Based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, the company was founded in 2005 by Shakeel Ahmed, also run by Azeem Javed who joined later and led this acquisition.
