Say It With Print Retail & E-commerce Business Sold to Conor Brennan | Deal Summary

Our client can “spend time with growing family” even sooner than expected…
“Everything was smooth through the whole process – thank you very much!”
Say It With Print Limited (SIWP) is a luxury supplier that offers bespoke, handmade wedding stationery designs to clients across the UK.
The studio was created in 2020 by Heather Grierson, in Deeside, a Welsh town with a Chester post code.
SIWP was established with a passion to create luxurious and classy stationery, sourcing only high-quality materials to build the most on-trend products.
It creates personalised stationery suite designs that reflects the style, personality, and the theme of its client’s wedding.
Knightsbridge Senior Deal Executive Sara Manville vowed to sell SIWP, as “Heather is looking to spend time with her growing family”, Sara explained.
“As well as having seen huge increases in turnover and gross profit, the studio also has a strong website, and is successful from repeat word of mouth trade,” Sara commented, discussing its selling points.
“We negotiated the sale of the company’s assets, stock and website,” Sara explained, leaving Heather to benefit from SIWP’s sale in the long-term, whilst now being able to focus on her growing family.
In a fast turnaround, the sale was conjugated in just three months of going live on the market, seeing SIWP being wed to Conor Brennan, who operates a wedding business in Glasgow.
“It was a very quick deal, and it was great to have secured the sale for both parties,” Sara expressed, as the two companies become one.
In a double-whammy of five-star reviews, Conor described Sara’s support as “excellent, understanding and supportive through the buying journey”.
Heather also shared her delight: “Sara has been great! I’ve had a really good experience with my sales manager and everything was smooth through the whole process – thank you very much!”
After tying the knot, Knightsbridge wishes the happiest of futures to Heather and her family, and the best of luck to Conor and his promising business ventures.
