The Wiltshire-based business was founded in 1995 by husband-and-wife duo, Robin and Pauline Spencer, who asked Knightsbridge to help sell it to facilitate their retirements.

No fewer than 78 interested parties were sourced, and following conversations, a total of 16 viewings were held with the most appropriate of potential buyers, resulting in 3 offers.
Simply Drug Testing was acquired by Aaran 1 Engineering PVT, a precision engineering company that manufactures components, sub-assemblies, and tooling systems.
Based in India, Aaran 1 was founded by Gavin Price and Peter Dixon in 2017 following several successful business startups by its management team within the aerospace sector.
