Total Clean Warrington
The buyers were taking on more than a cleaning business.
They were stepping into an established Total Clean franchise with regular contract work, local relationships and a team already in place.
Total Clean Warrington, formally Evolve Facilities Limited, was established in 2014 by David and Sarah Grant.
Based in Warrington, the business provides commercial and office cleaning across the surrounding North West area, supporting office-based businesses as well as clients in retail, hospitality, haulage and healthcare.
A large part of its appeal lay in the regular nature of the work. Existing clients were serviced weekly or monthly, giving the husband-and-wife buyers a clear trading base from the outset.
The business also had an experienced workforce behind it, with supervisors, mobile relief cleaners and a wider team of cleaners supporting day-to-day delivery.
Alongside its cleaning services, Total Clean Warrington supplied janitorial products, including its own Total Defence range.
Sarah Grant, who oversaw daily operations, offered a handover period to help the buyers settle into the franchise and keep things running smoothly.
Associate Director Leanne Boulding worked with the sellers throughout, generating 15 meetings and five offers before the sale was agreed.
The deal allows David Grant to move forward with his retirement plans, while placing Total Clean Warrington with buyers looking to continue developing the franchise.
