Completed sale
Tyreland

A long-established Wandsworth tyre fitting and repair specialist has changed hands following a sale process that generated 18 viewings and four competitive offers.
Operating since 2007, Tyreland has built a strong reputation across London for tyre fitting, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, locking wheel nut removal, TPMS diagnostics and repair, and seasonal tyre storage. It serves private motorists alongside licensed taxi and light commercial vehicle drivers, with repeat custom and word-of-mouth referrals playing an important role in its continued trade.
Over the years, Tyreland has developed through ongoing investment in equipment, marketing and its team. It also stocks a broad range of tyre brands, from premium manufacturers including Michelin, Goodyear, Dunlop, Continental and Bridgestone through to budget options, helping it serve a varied customer base across the capital.
After years spent shaping Tyreland’s reputation, service range and customer base, owner Sussan Choubineh brought the company to market as part of her retirement plans. Represented by Regional Commercial Director Chris Darroux, the opportunity attracted strong engagement before a buyer was selected.
The sale was led by Operations Manager Sara Manville, who worked closely with Sussan throughout the process. After completion, Sussan wrote to thank the team for their support, saying Sara’s “guidance, dedication, and steady approach” helped make what could have been a very stressful process feel “manageable and well-organised”.
The buyer, London-based Daoud Zazi, plans to continue operating Tyreland while supporting its future growth. Sussan was pleased with both the offer and the buyer, allowing the transaction to move forward on terms she was comfortable with.
A Knightsbridge legal partner also acted for the seller, providing additional reassurance as the deal progressed through its final stages. In her note, Sussan said she felt “everything was in safe hands”, recognising the clarity, responsiveness and attention to detail she received during the sale.
After building a strong local name in a busy part of London, Sussan is now able to move into retirement. The Knightsbridge team wishes her every happiness for the future, and Daoud every success as he builds on Tyreland’s reputation.
