Andy Denman is a focused and committed individual who breeds a ‘no blame’ environment, allowing everyone the autonomy to have the confidence to make their own decisions and put ideas forward. “I’ve spent my entire 24-year career in sales.
I’ve been lucky that over that time I’ve worked for some great companies and under some fantastic leaders that made me the leader I am today.
It was extremely important that my next move continued that process”, Andy shared.
Sharing his thoughts about joining Knightsbridge as Sales Director, Andy explained: “as soon as I sat down and spoke to John, Simon & Vicki, I knew that my next move had to be here.
Their passion and energy to continually better the business matched that of my own.
