An impressive start to 2026 sees K3 Advisory Group continue its rise among the world’s leading mid-market M&A advisers.  

Climbing across every major region, the latest rankings reflect a consistent focus on delivering results and supporting clients through successful transactions.  


Strengthening our global  

K3 Advisory Group, of which Knightsbridge belongs to business sales division, recently rebranded from K3 Capital Group and has further strengthened its market position following the release of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Global M&A Mid-Market Financial Advisory rankings for Q1 2026. 

The results highlight clear upward progress across all key regions:  

  • #1 in the UK, retaining the top position  
  • #1 in Europe, rising from 2nd place in 2025 
  • #3 globally, up from 4th place for the same period last year 


Leading from the front  

In the first three months of 2026, the Group completed 68 deals, significantly ahead of its nearest UK competitor, who recorded just 19 qualifying transactions

This gap reflects not only the scale of activity, but also the strength of delivery, experience and hands-on support provided to clients throughout the deal process.
