K3 Advisory Group is still leading the UK small-cap M&A rankings with three quarters of 2026 now complete.

K3 has finished No.1 in the UK every year since 2017 and is now on course to make it ten years in a row.

The latest London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) rankings also place K3 No.2 in Europe and No.3 globally.

Its UK lead remains a substantial one, with the Group completing 4.4 times as many qualifying transactions as its nearest competitor so far this year.

Knightsbridge forms part of K3 Advisory Group’s business sales division, helping business owners across the UK prepare for sale, find suitable buyers and work towards completion.

Knightsbridge Q3 highlights

Among the businesses sold by Knightsbridge during Q3 was Quantock Brewery, the award-winning Somerset craft brewery acquired by World Famous Dive Bars. The sale attracted 45 interested parties and multiple offers, with the buyer identified through Knightsbridge’s existing network.

Knightsbridge also completed two multimillion-pound property transactions during the quarter. London Southshares was sold to Riverlaw Group within eight months of going to market, following 12 meetings and four competitive offers.

FTOP Properties was acquired by Samger Holdings after a process that also generated 12 meetings and four offers, allowing the owners of both businesses to move ahead with their retirement plans.

As 2026 enters its final quarter, K3 remains at the top of the UK table with another annual No.1 finish firmly in sight.
